Timeline Journey
Founded in 1968, Ajmera began with a vision grounded in customer centricity, quality workmanship and integrity. Over the decades, we’ve grown steadily, diversifying our portfolio through strategic acquisitions and international ventures.
Shri. Chhotalal Ajmera laid the groundwork for the Ajmera Group.
Established its headquarters in Manish Nagar, Andheri, Mumbai.
Got a big break when work started on the Ajmera Housing Complex, Pimpri, Pune, which spans across 100,000 square feet.
Began construction on its first integrated township in Mumbai's Shanti Nagar, Mira Road, becoming Asia's first township with 1,500 buildings and 17,000 flats that spread across 265 acres.
Continued to build world-class complexes in the years that followed, the most notable of which was in 1988, a 1.7 million square feet extravagant lifestyle was built in Shastri Nagar, Andheri West, Mumbai.
Yogi Hills was built in Mulund, Mumbai.
Began construction on Bhakti Park Phase 1 in Wadala, Mumbai in 1996.
Ajmera initiated Bhakti Park’s second phase, housing 2000 families with Mumbai’s largest 25-acre garden, and built Andheri's Citi Mall and Yogi Nagar housing complex.
Ajmera developed Bengaluru's largest residential complex, Ajmera Infinity, in 2006.
Ajmera i-Land Aeon, launched in 2009, offers 2, 3, and 4 BHK super-luxury residences across 2.5 acres, with occupancy certificate received in 2018.
Ajmera Zeon and Ajmera Villows, both launched in 2012, offer luxurious 2-4 BHK spaces across 4 acres, housing 800 families and 52 villas, respectively.
Ajmera Stone Park, launched in 2014, offers 2, 2.5, and 3-BHK homes across 13.8 acres in Bengaluru’s Electronic City, providing ideal living spaces for families.
Ajmera Treon, a high-rise in Wadala’s Ajmera i-Land, offers luxurious 2, 3, and 4-BHK apartments across 4 acres. It received its OC in 2020.
Ajmera Annex in Bengaluru, launched in 2017, is a grand tower with 106 spacious 2 & 3 BHK flats, spread across 1 acre, opposite Ajmera Stone Park.
Ajmera Nucleus, Bengaluru, spans 5.5 acres, offering 1, 2, & 3-BHK homes to over 1500 families. Ajmera ICRC in Ghatkopar West is India's first Lifestyle Business Center, featuring a 14-storey internationally-designed commercial space.
Ajmera Greenfinity, a part of i-Land, is a slice of heaven in downtown Mumbai, offers 1-BHK Vista & 2-BHK Panorama homes overlooking the views of the lavish gardens.

I was looking for a large space with premium construction. I found that in i-Land Ajmera. The flats are very spacious. We do not face any issues staying here. Even today, when I call them for anything, they always answer immediately. The staff were very supportive from the time of booking till the date of possession. Everything went very smoothly. I found all the amenities there, right from a swimming pool, a play park for kids, and a walking area for senior citizens. It is free from all dust and pollution. The surrounding atmosphere plays an important role in bringing positive change in life.
