The yellow sun rising between the skyscrapers represents infinite growth potential. The rising sun denotes multiple positive denotations – growth, prosperity, contnuity, strength and eminence. In Rigveda, the rising sun is symbolic of dispeller of darkness, one who empowers knowledge, the good and all life. The continuity and strength denoted by the Sun constantly pushes us to do better.

Born in 1968, the company was conceived with a vision and nurtured with quality workmanship and integrity. We have gone from strength to strength over the years, diversifying our business portfolio through strategic acquisitions and international ventures.


Sir Chhotalal Ajmera set out on a journey that would lay the groundwork for the Ajmera Group of today.


The family-owned business established its headquarters in Manish Nagar, Andheri, Mumbai.


While Ajmera continued to contribute to the real estate sector, its big break came in 1984, when Ajmera began work on the Ajmera Housing Complex, Pimpri, Pune, which spans 100,000 square feet.


A year later, in 1985, Ajmera began construction on its first integrated township in Mumbai's Shanti Nagar, Mira Road, becoming Asia's first township with 1500 buildings and 17000 flats spread across 265 acres.


Ajmera continued to build world-class complexes in the years that followed, the most notable of which was in 1988, a 1.7 million square feet extravagant lifestyle was built in Shastri Nagar, Andheri West, Mumbai.


Yogi Hills was built in Mulund in 1993.


Ajmera began construction on Bhakti Park Phase 1 in Wadala in 1996.


5 years after the first phase of Bhakti Park construction began, Ajmera started the second phase, building homes for 2000 families and providing them with Mumbai's largest garden spanning 25 acres.

Andheri's Citi Mall was also constructed in 2001, which includes a 5-screen multiplex and an 11,57,000-square-foot housing complex in Yogi Nagar, Borivali West.


Ajmera's next major project was the construction of Bengaluru's largest residential complex, Ajmera Infinity, in 2006.


Launched in 2009, Ajmera i-Land Aeon is a stunning-storey high-rise tower with 2, 3, and 4 BHK super-luxury spaces that make modern living accessible. Ajmera i-Land covers an expanse of 2.5 acres. The high-rise project received its OC in 2018.


Ajmera Zeon, an addition to our well-known Ajmera i-Land project, was launched in 2012. Covering an area of 4 acres the tower offers 2, 3, and 4 BHK spacious rooms to over 800 happy families. The project received its OC in the year 2018.

Ajmera Villows was also launched in 2012. It is a cluster of 52 luxurious villas offering spacious 4-BHK lavish living spaces spread across 4 acres of Electronic City, Bengaluru.


Launched in 2014, Ajmera Stone Park is an ultimate living abode occupying 13.8 acres of in-demand real estate in the electronic city of Bengaluru. With the Ajmera Stone Park project, families can choose from a variety of room configurations ranging from 2, 2.5, and 3-BHK.


Ajmera Treon, is a spectacular high-rise tower, a part of Wadala's leading residential community, Ajmera i-Land. Spread across 4 acres, the project was launched in the year 2015. Ajmera Treon received its OC in 2020. It offers families a chance to own luxurious 2, 3, & 4-BHK apartments.


Crafted with great attention to detail, Ajmera Annex in Bengaluru is a grand tower comprising 2 & 3 BHK flats that consist of 106 spacious units spread across 1 acre of land. Launched in 2017, Ajmera Annex is located opposite Ajmera Stone Park.


Ajmera Nucleus, the newest Ajmera development project in Bengaluru, covers 5.5 acres across the finest neighbourhood. Launched in 2019, the project offers 1, 2, & 3-BHK spacious living areas to over 1500 happy families. Located at the optimal point, the project is close to all the essential facilities.

Ajmera ICRC, a 14-storey internationally-designed commercial project in Ghatkopar West, Mumbai was also launched in 2019, being India's first integrated Lifestyle Business Center.


Ajmera Treon, is a spectacular high-rise tower, a part of Wadala's leading residential community, Ajmera i-Land. Spread across 4 acres, the project was launched in the year 2015 and received its OC in 2020. It offers families a chance to own luxurious 2, 3, & 4-BHK apartments.

Ajmera Greenfinity, a slice of heaven in downtown Mumbai, offers 1-BHK Vista & 2-BHK Panorama homes overlooking the views of the lavish gardens. Located in the proximity of essential buildings and facilities, the project offers an air of exclusivity.


Experience Manhattan in Mumbai with Ajmera's Manhattan project located in the affluent region of Wadala. The high-rise project presents happy families with 2 and 3-BHK inspired home. Ajmera Manhattan is a 44-storey tower featuring 25 acres of landscaped gardens.


At Ajmera, building houses is not just about bricks and mortar. Our experience of creating homes and spaces has taught us the value of putting people first, understanding their needs and delivering on our promises – a legacy that is proudly carried forward for the past six decades.

I was looking for a large space with premium construction. I found that in i-Land Ajmera. The flats are very spacious. We do not face any issues staying here. Even today, when I call them for anything, they always answer immediately. The staff were very supportive from the time of booking till the date of possession. Everything went very smoothly. I found all the amenities there, right from a swimming pool, a play park for kids, and a walking area for senior citizens. It is free from all dust and pollution. The surrounding atmosphere plays an important role in bringing positive change in life.

One day, my nephew came and told me he was planning on buying a flat in Ajmeras. He also got me the brochure for the same. We get to see both the sunrise and sunset from our living room, which is open from both sides. My office is in Ford, and because of the freeway, I reach my office in 20 minutes. It has a gym and a clubhouse. A great place to live.
