Mr. Bandish Bhogilal Ajmera, the Director of the Ajmera Group of Companies, has contributed almost four decades of his life to the Ajmera Group. Mr. Bandish Ajmera's practical approach, paired with his pleasing personality, has aided the success of numerous projects across India. His unique talent, foresight, and hard work helped him tactfully handle Ajmera Groups Administrative & Human Resource department, earning the respect of both his customers and employees. He has been instrumental in some of Ajmera Group's most prestigious projects, Shastri Nagar, Rajkot, Yogi Nagar, Borivali and Yogi Dham, Kalyan.

Since 2010, he has been a part of CREDAI-MCHI. The Founding President of the Kalyan Dombivli Unit of CREDAI-MCHI, he held the position for three years. He has also served as a Hon. Secretary between 2018-2020. After his tenure as Secretary, he was assigned the role of Sr. Vice President of the CREDAI-MCHI Managing Committee, Mumbai. In addition, he is also a notable speaker for Eletsonline, 2nd National Affordable Housing Summit, November 2019, Mumbai.

As the company’s Executive Director, Mr. Sanjay C. Ajmera has made an enormous contribution to the Ajmera Group over the past twenty-five years. His accomplishments in business and establishing meaningful connections have helped him to develop a close working relationship with the local authorities and the government.

In addition to his work at the HQ, he also oversees Pune's building and development initiatives. Also, he makes it a point to collaborate on every redevelopment project the Ajmera Group works on.

He is congenial and has a practical outlook, greatly aiding numerous successful ventures throughout India. His various contributions to Ajmera have won him the admiration of his coworkers and clients, who value his wisdom and diligence. His generous disposition and appealing demeanour are the factors behind his impressive presence.

Mr. Ashwin Ajmera has been actively associated with the Ajmera Group for over 35 years. His practical approach and pleasing personality have contributed to the success of various prestigious projects. He has extensively worked on establishing Shree Precoated Steel Ltd., right from locating the land to the entire execution, and looked after Yogi Park when Koregaon was barren land. He has even put his expertise into establishing the last sector of Ajmera Colony, Pimpri.

Presently, he is heading the Ajmera Group's Redevelopment Department and New Proposals in Mumbai. His foresight and hard work have helped him earn the respect of his customers and employees.

Apart from this, he is associated with BAPS Swaminarayan Sanstha. Mr. Ajmera has been actively involved in the procurement of land and the entire Mandir project. Mr. Ajmera has been contributing to society very actively through the S. S. Ajmera Trust, a social organization established by the Ajmera Group for the welfare of society. He is also overseeing the work of the S.S. Ajmera School in Pimpri, Pune, established in 1984. He is also a trustee of Poona Gujarati Bandhu Samaj, heading the building committee and executing a project worth Rs 100 crore.

He looked into the planning of Ajmera Aria, which has been crafted with the minutest attention to detail so that the homes exude elegance and luxury right from their very form. The tower comprises four-bedroom sky villas, bringing the feel of a bungalow to the safety and security of an apartment.

Mr. Atul Ajmera, the Projects Director for Ajmera Realty & Infra India Limited, is entirely accountable for the planning, management, supervision, and ultimate oversight of the project development up until its completion. The 100-acre high-rise, opulent residential towers known as Ajmera i-Land, in Wadala, Mumbai, one of Ajmera Groups' most significant projects, was started under his direction.

He is a businessman with an exceptional sense of clairvoyance and good market awareness. He founded the i-Land Sports Academy in Mumbai, among his many other successes. an initiative designed to prepare and inspire national-level athletes to prevail at the Olympic Games in 2024. In Bengaluru, he has also worked on illustrious jobs and significant projects.

His main objective is to boost community understanding of the need for infrastructural development, wider roads, freeway connections, and high-quality development projects. The Ajmera Group has benefitted from Mr. Ajmera's vast experience of 22 years developing and incorporating company plans.

Mr. Nimish Shashikant Ajmera, among the most prominent members of the Ajmera Group, has been involved with the organisation for 14 years. He is the Director of the IT, Project, Planning, Purchase, Solar Project, and Redevelopment departments.

He has a decent grasp on all of these duties, including concurrently developing and carrying out several initiatives. The Ajmera Group has profited greatly from his full participation in the conception and execution of these projects. Mr. Nimish, a tech enthusiast at heart, is constantly looking for innovative technologies to improve IT and office automation at Ajmera.

His erudition, vision, and diligence have gained him the admiration of his coworkers, subordinates, and clients.

Mr. Dhaval decided to join the real estate world of Ajmera in 2003 after completing his MBA in financial management from Cardiff University in the UK. Dhaval Ajmera handles the responsibilities of project planning, coordination, and management. His ground-breaking concepts have enabled Ajmera Groups to forge new routes and view the world from new perspectives.

Due to Dhaval Ajmera's skill, high-end residential developments like Ajmera Pristine, Regalia, and Yogi Nagar Township in Mumbai were successfully launched. With the solid goal of making Ajmera Realty the top nationwide real estate developer, Ajmera Group has established itself in a league of its own.

Ajmera Group has completed many commercial and residential developments under his direction in major Indian cities and abroad in places like London and Bahrain. In addition, he played a crucial role in Ajmera Realty, earning the distinction of destination developer, representing a great improvement over real estate developers.

Already making his impact, Mr. Yash Ajmera holds two master's degrees, one in the family business from SP Jain Institute and one in real estate from the UK.

He oversees the new initiatives for the Ajmera Group's Next Generation, which includes sales, marketing, and development. He also supervises completing assignments in other locations, including Mumbai and MMR.

Mr. Jigar Ajmera holds a Master's degree in International Business from the UK and is a member of the Ajmera Group's Succeeding Era. He currently oversees the management and execution of Wadala's high-end project, Ajmera i-Land. Along with these obligations, he consistently supports up-and-coming businesses, giving them a platform to thrive.

Mr. Rushi Ajmera has studied finance prior to earning his Master's in International Business Management from Westminster, UK. He is responsible for managing the creation, promotion, and sales of new businesses and developing and completing numerous projects in Mumbai and the MMR.

A visionary leader with a passion for excellence, Harsh Mehta has been a driving force at Ajmera Group since 2007. As a seasoned director, he has successfully developed iconic project like Times Square, showcasing his exceptional acumen in project management, strategy, and legal expertise.

With a Master’s degree in Advanced Studies and Research from the prestigious Institute of Science and Technology, Harsh brings a depth of knowledge and insight to his roles. A firm believer in the power of precision, he lives by the principle "every stitch matters," ensuring meticulous planning and execution in every endeavour.

Renowned for his unwavering sincerity, unrelenting dedication, and inspiring leadership, Harsh is a master navigator, charting innovative pathways and building bridges to new heights.

With 17 years of directorial experience, Harsh has honed his skills in guiding teams and driving business growth.

Under his guidance, Ajmera Group has flourished, and his contributions have been instrumental in shaping the company's success story.

Mr. Adarsh Ajmera earned his civil engineering degree from the Maharashtra Institute of Technology in Pune in 2017 and joined The Ajmera Group immediately. At the Company's Flagship Project in Wadala, where they acquired hands-on experience.

Ajmera Housing Corporation partner and son of Ashwin Bhogilal Ajmera, Adarsh has a stake in design and is responsible for the business's technical operations, including contracting, execution, quality control, and finishing. His current project at Malad West is Ajmera Arham.

Mr. Mayur Ajmera attended Symbiosis International School in Pune, where he completed the IB Diploma Program, developing himself into a great strategist.

He has effectively managed all of Pune's projects. Additionally, he is a member of a team that specialises in developing new business plans and using cutting-edge technologies in the construction sector.

In addition to his other duties, he is in charge of the Motor Sports programmes at the Mumbai-based "i-Land Sports Academy" of the Ajmera Group.

Mr. Mumukshu Ajmera is currently overseeing the Marketing activities for Ajmera Realty & Infra India Ltd. He attended the HULT International Business School in London and received a degree in business administration and management there in 2020.

Mr. Mumukshu Ajmera works with media and advertising companies to create effective marketing plans because he is well-versed in the subject. To improve brand marketing and exposure, the collaboration will analyse the existing popularity of Ajmera. To accomplish the corporate goals of Ajmera, he also supervises the implementation of these plans.
