Billing :

  • Responsible for entire billing process for vendor payment
  • Responsible for scrutiny of all contractor bills and take necessary approval
  • Preparation of bills of all contractors in organization specific format so that the bills can be processed

  • Responsible for scrutinizing the bills and ensure authenticity of the bill

Board Meeting

  • Arranging and conducting Board Meetings, Committee Meetings & General Meetings (AGM & EGM) as specified in the Companies Act or as may be called by the board in a stipulated time period

Consultant appointment and coordination & Liasioning– 20%:

  • Pre-construction activities such as Architect and consultants finalization, design finalization, tendering of different packages, negotiation with suppliers and contractors for mobilization, along with necessary documentation like Purchase orders (P.O.) Letter of intent (L.O.I.) etc.
  • Construction activities such as co-ordination with Architects, consultants, contractors and suppliers for smooth flow of work along with necessary documentation like weekly, monthly reports, payment scheduling, running bill certification etc.
  • Co-ordination with different consultants, vendors for finalization of good for construction drawings for different work packages beginning from general arrangement drawings. This involves the co-ordination with different consultants like facade consultant, M.E.P. consultants etc.

  • Responsible to ensure the smooth functioning of all computer systems and software including antivirus software, emails, internet connectivity and other IT update services
