Mr. Rajnikant S. Ajmera is the flag bearer of the Ajmera Group. He is the guiding force behind the Company’s growth. Under his strong leadership and vision, the Company has achieved glorious success in the shortest time possible. A civil engineer by qualification, Mr. Rajnikant S. Ajmera has a career spanning over 45 years. He served as the President of MCHI (Maharashtra Chamber of Housing Industry), as well as in the CREDAI (Confederation of Real Estate Developers Association of India), in the capacities of President and Vice President. During his tenure, he has been influential in bringing amendments to various rules governing this industry and is actively involved in the MCHI Grievance Redressal Cell.

Apart from this, he has played an advisory role in various management and educational institutions across Mumbai and Pune. He is known for his dignity, honesty and sage advice in all walks of life and was conferred the Lifetime Achievement Award by the 11th Realty+ Excellence Awards 2019.

Mr. Manoj I. Ajmera shoulders the responsibility of strategic planning, fundraising and monitoring the overall growth and development of the Ajmera group. With his rich experience of 40 years and pragmatic decision-making abilities, Mr. Manoj I. Ajmera has played a crucial role in the evolution of the Company. He efficiently leads the legal matters related to various projects and has contributed tremendously towards the development of projects including Shanti Nagar at Mira Road, Thane district.

Mr. Sanjay C. Ajmera has been actively involved in the group for almost 31 years. He is well associated with business development and works in liaison with government and municipal authorities. He plays a leading role in development and construction of projects in Pune and is also associated with redevelopment projects undertaken by the Group. Mr. Sanjay C. Ajmera’s practical approach and pleasing personality have contributed to the success of various prestigious projects all over India.

Mr. Jayesh Mehta is the Vice Chairman and CEO of DSP Finance Pvt. Ltd., having returned to DSP after a notable career. Previously, he served as Managing Director and Country Treasurer for Bank of America N.A. in India from 1988 to December 2023, leading their fixed income, currencies, and commodities business. With over 35 years of experience in Indian fixed income markets, Mr. Mehta has been instrumental in market development and has held leadership roles in industry associations, including the Primary Dealers’ Association of India and FIMMDA. He has also contributed to regulatory and legislative reforms as a member of various committees, including the Reserve Bank of India’s Technical Advisory Committee and the Financial Sector Legislative Reforms Commission.

Mrs. Sutaria is a reputed Architect holds more than three decades of experience in Design, Innovation & Dynamism. She completed her Graduation (G. D. ARCH.) in Architect in year 1990 from L. S. Raheja Collage Bandra, Mumbai. Mrs. Sutaria holds great ability to understand financial transactions and financial statements. Further, she is a Director on Board of Omnipayments Software Private Limited and partner in Prashant Sutaria Architect (PSA).

Mrs. Shruti Anup Shah is a CA by qualification from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and she holds a B. Com and LL.B. from Mumbai University. She has over 19 years of expertise in corporate governance, taxation, estate planning, and advisory services.

As a Partner at Pravin P. Shah & Co., a boutique advisory firm, Mrs. Shah specializes in international tax, corporate regulations, M&A, and FEMA, providing strategic tax advisory and estate planning services.

She currently serves as an Independent Director on the Boards of several prominent companies, namely :

• Balkrishna Industries Ltd: A leading player in the off-highway and agricultural tyre sector.
• Kalyani Steels Ltd: A key steel manufacturing company that is part of the Bharat Forge Group.
• Kalyani Investment Company Ltd: A Core Investment Company (CIC) within the Bharat Forge Group.
• Sanghi Industries Ltd: A cement manufacturer, which is a part of the Adani Group.
• Jai Corp Ltd: A company involved in plastic processing.

And she holds key positions on several important board committees, namely Nomination and Remuneration Committee (NRC), Audit Committee, Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Committee, and Risk Management Committee.

Mrs. Shah is also a lifetime registered Independent Director with the Indian Institute of Corporate Affairs and was featured in the Asia Book of Records 2023 for having the most Chartered Accountants (22) in her family.

Her expertise bridges legal and financial matters, making her a key player in corporate governance across industries.
