Late Sarvashree. Chhotalal S. Ajmera, also known as Chhotubhai, was a keen student at school, but like many legendary entrepreneurs, he also left formal education for the exciting world of business. Sir Chhotalal Ajmera came to Mumbai armed with only aspirations, ambition, and enthusiasm, which he used to lift Ajmera to new heights. He was not a person to be weighed down by limitations and had the courage to take unlimited risks and face challenges head-on, a trait that played an important role in his success.

His business venture progressed well, and it was after a decade of sheer hard work in this domain that he finally received his first big breakthrough in 1975 when he took an unconventional path to focus on the mid and budget residential segment. After that, there was no looking back, and under his visionary leadership, emerged the brand Ajmera which is today India's leading conglomerate.

While he was always a revolutionary leader, a pioneer, and a trendsetter in the industry, he was also a friend, philosopher, and guide. People from all walks of life relied upon his honest and sage advice. Today, his absence is greatly felt by everyone! And even in his absence, he continues to inspire everyone at the Ajmera Group to follow in his footsteps. The journey continues for Ajmera Realty & Infra India Ltd.

A civil engineer by profession, Mr. Rajnikant Ajmera, Chairman and Managing Director of the Ajmera Group of Companies, carries a wealth of experience in construction-related businesses. He is the driving force behind the Ajmera Group of Companies' phenomenal expansion. Mr. Rajnikant Ajmera worked alongside the founding fathers and chairman of the Ajmera Group, the Late Shri Chhotubhai Ajmera, to deliver numerous housing colonies in the shortest time. He has established an unparalleled presence in the constantly developing construction industry which encompasses residential and commercial real estate development initiatives.

He has played a significant role in obtaining ISO 9000-2000 certification for Ajmera Group. He has held the position of President at MCHI (Maharashtra Chamber of Housing Industry). He made noteworthy contributions towards the welfare and betterment of the construction industry when he held the office of Vice President and President at the Confederation of Real Estate Developers Association of India (CREDAI). His time at MCHI and CREDAI saw his active involvement and interest in proposing changes that could change the sector's laws. His efforts also impacted the steel industry, following which he served as the president of CORSMA, the Cold Rolled Steel Manufacturers Association of India, for many years.

Shri. Natwarlal Ajmera, a visionary leader with a legacy spanning over four decades, is from the first generation of Promoter's to envision and establish the esteemed Ajmera Group. Always known for a warm smile and a kind heart. He is a strong proponent of philanthropy and believes in uplifting others.

A true inspiration, his remarkable journey has been marked by leadership and expertise, serving on the boards of prominent companies such as erstwhile Ajmera Cements Pvt. Ltd and many others.  Shri. Natwarlal Ajmera's unwavering commitment to excellence has shaped the Ajmera Group's success and continues to inspire future generations. His legacy is a testament to his relentless passion for innovation and his dedication to building a better tomorrow. Shri. Natwarlal Ajmera's love for society and his resilience in the face of challenges embody the Ajmera Group's mission and vision.

Shri. Shashikant Ajmera, has been a crucial part of Ajmera for over 5 decades. He is in charge of the Legal, Purchasing, and Security Departments at the Ajmera Group.

His industry knowledge and enriching experience have positively impacted Ajmera by skillfully managing all civil disputes for the Ajmera Group. He also double-hats as the Director of Purchase and takes tremendous pride in the high standard of commitment he exhibits through his work.

Shri. Shashikant Ajmera has made significant contributions to the S.S. Ajmera Trust, a nonprofit organisation founded by the Ajmera Group to benefit society. He is a genuine practitioner of ‘Vasudhaiva Kutumbakam’ and tries to serve society just like he serves his family, friends and business associates.

Shri. Ishwarlal Shamalji Ajmera was the eldest of the Ajmera Brothers and one of the Directors of Ajmera Group. Shri. Ishwarlal Shamalji Ajmera was actively involved and headed the day-to-day Accounts activities of the Ajmera Group. His contribution to the success of the Ajmera Group is unmatchable and his vision has led to Ajmera Group to its current height and Identity in the Construction Industry.

Shri. Bhogilal Shamalji Ajmera lead the Sales team of real estate division of Ajmera Group and was actively associated with the group for over 30 years. His practical approach and pleasing personality contributed towards the success of our Sales team. Shri Bhogilal Ajmera was also an active member of S.S. Ajmera Trust.

One of the pillars in the formation of the Ajmera group, Shri. Chhaganbhai Ajmera was actively involved in the day-to-day operations of the company. His dedicated style of working helped the company reach the aspired heights.
